Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust inventory control systems and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, reorder points, and lead times to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Forecast demand and prepare purchase requisitions to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Identify and address slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged inventory.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and logistics departments to streamline the supply chain.
- Generate comprehensive reports on inventory performance, discrepancies, and trends.
- Implement and oversee quality control measures for incoming and outgoing goods.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role (minimum 4 years).
