Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve basic to moderate technical problems, escalating more complex issues to senior IT personnel when necessary.
- Document all support activities, resolutions, and user interactions thoroughly in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Perform routine system checks, monitoring, and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with senior IT analysts to understand system architecture and contribute to IT projects.
- Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and access rights management.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance IT knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of IT systems, including operating systems (Windows/macOS), networking concepts, and common office software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
