Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between business units and the IT department.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, functional and technical specifications for IT solutions.
- Develop and present compelling business cases for new IT initiatives, articulating ROI and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate closely with IT development and operations teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects aligned with business needs.
- Facilitate workshops and strategic meetings to gather requirements, define scope, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technological innovation.
- Monitor and report on the performance of IT solutions post-implementation, ensuring they meet defined business objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong, trusting relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to advise on strategic IT investments.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as an IT Business Partner, Senior Business Analyst, or similar strategic IT role.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
