Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and strategic goals, translating them into clear IT requirements.
- Perform comprehensive analysis of existing IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and propose innovative, cost-effective IT solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Oversee and support the implementation of IT projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Provide expert technical guidance and recommendations on various IT domains, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, network architecture, and software development.
- Develop detailed documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of new technologies.

Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT consulting or similar client-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network principles, database management, and operating systems.
