Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize existing IT infrastructure and systems specifically for global recruitment processes.
  • Recommend, design, and implement new technology solutions (e.g., ATS, CRM, AI-driven tools) to enhance operational efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Provide expert guidance and strategic consultation on IT best practices and emerging technologies to global recruitment teams and leadership.
  • Manage complex IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure robust data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) across all IT systems and platforms.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and documentation to empower staff in utilizing new IT systems and tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with international teams to standardize IT processes, integrate disparate systems, and foster a cohesive global technology environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, acting as an escalation point for technical challenges within the global scheme.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of IT systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal functionality.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT consulting, systems analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • In-depth expertise in various IT systems and software, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, HR Information Systems (HRIS), and cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) with experience leading IT implementation projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across diverse cultures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed team environment.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools to measure system performance and inform strategic decisions.
