Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize existing IT infrastructure and systems specifically for global recruitment processes.

- Provide expert guidance and strategic consultation on IT best practices and emerging technologies to global recruitment teams and leadership.

- Ensure robust data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) across all IT systems and platforms.
