Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve common IT problems, escalating complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions in various systems.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and solutions in the ticketing system.
