Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to user inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and steps taken in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary, following established protocols.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations, accounts, and providing initial tech orientation.
- Perform basic system maintenance tasks, including software installations, updates, and peripheral device setups.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base for common technical issues and solutions.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies, software, and IT procedures as required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
