Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Log, track, and prioritize helpdesk tickets using our incident management system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new user accounts and workstations.
- Document solutions, procedures, and frequently asked questions for knowledge base improvement.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance IT skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Strong foundational knowledge of computer hardware and software (Windows OS, MS Office Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
