This involves deep dives into client operations, understanding their unique challenges, and translating those into effective technical configurations. You will play a crucial role in project lifecycles, from initial scoping and planning through to go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring client satisfaction and project success. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, deployment, and configuration of new IT systems and software solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of client requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, and quality assurance to ensure optimal system performance and functionality.
- Provide expert-level technical support and training to end-users and client IT teams during and after implementation.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including technical guides, user manuals, and project progress reports.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, development teams, and external vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks efficiently, escalating complex problems to relevant teams when necessary.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually enhance implementation strategies and service offerings.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT system implementation, integration, or technical consulting.
- Proficiency with various operating systems (Windows, Linux) and database management systems (SQL Server, MySQL).
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security principles, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
