Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of IT system implementations, from planning and configuration to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze existing processes, and design optimal technical solutions that align with business goals.
- Configure, customize, and test IT systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, EMR) to meet client specifications and industry best practices.
- Conduct data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the transition process.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and user documentation to ensure successful user adoption and proficiency.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for implementation-related issues.
- Work closely with internal development, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and communication logs, keeping all stakeholders informed.

Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT system implementation or a related consulting role.
