Job Description

Raya Contact Center is seeking an enthusiastic IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic IT department in New Cairo. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution and successful delivery of various IT projects, ranging from infrastructure upgrades and software implementations to system integrations and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with project managers, IT specialists, stakeholders, and vendors to monitor project progress, manage documentation, track deliverables, and facilitate effective communication across all teams. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our project management efforts, providing crucial administrative and organizational support. Your day-to-day will involve maintaining project schedules, organizing meetings, documenting key decisions, and ensuring that all project-related information is accurately recorded and accessible. You will be responsible for tracking budgets, managing resource allocation, and identifying potential risks or roadblocks, escalating them to the project manager when necessary. Key Responsibilities
- Assist IT Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing IT projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute relevant materials.
- Track and report on project status, identifying potential risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approval processes are followed.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation to optimize project efficiency.
- Support the creation of project presentations and communication materials.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT project support or coordination role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, ITIL Foundation, or other relevant project management certifications.
- Experience with BPO or contact center environments.
- Familiarity with various IT infrastructure components and software development lifecycles.
- Ability to speak Arabic fluently (highly advantageous for local communication).
