Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple IT projects concurrently, overseeing all phases from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocation matrices.
- Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, business units, and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress, performance, and budget, providing regular status reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and organizational standards.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements for future projects.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment, motivating team members and resolving conflicts.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex IT projects with budgets exceeding €500,000.
- Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong working relationships.
- Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, or infrastructure.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
