Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software development initiatives, and system integrations.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, particularly with a focus on tech planning or strategic IT initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation.

Preferred Qualifications
