Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist users with IT-related queries, resolve incidents, and escalate complex problems to senior IT staff.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and relevant information in our ticketing system.
- Set up and configure new workstations, peripherals, and software for new hires and existing employees.
- Participate in maintaining IT asset inventory and performing routine checks on equipment.
- Contribute to the creation and update of IT knowledge base articles and user guides.
- Learn and adhere to IT policies, procedures, and security best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications (MS Office Suite).
