As an IT Support Analyst Trainee, you will undergo a structured training program that will equip you with the fundamental knowledge and practical skills required to excel in IT support. You will work alongside experienced IT professionals, gaining hands-on experience with hardware, software, network diagnostics, and user support. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal systems and providing excellent technical assistance to our staff. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in a structured training program covering IT fundamentals, operating systems, networking basics, and common software applications.
  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues under supervision.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and software.
  • Respond to user inquiries and support requests, documenting issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Learn to diagnose and resolve basic technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
  • Help maintain IT inventory and asset management records.
  • Adhere to IT policies, procedures, and security best practices.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and user guides.

Required Skills
