Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, email, or in-person, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Assist with the setup, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of new workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, Wi-Fi access, and VPN support.
- Manage user accounts, including password resets, account creation, and permission modifications.
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and knowledge base articles for common issues.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff when necessary, ensuring proper handover.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with new technologies and best practices.
