Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues (e.g., printers, desktops, common applications).
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and email configurations.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining IT inventory and asset tracking.
  • Support network connectivity and basic troubleshooting for LAN/WAN issues.
  • Contribute to maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment.

Required Skills
