Furthermore, you will be involved in managing the inventory of IT assets, performing regular system updates, and assisting with the evaluation and implementation of new technologies. A strong understanding of various operating systems (Windows, macOS), office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) is essential. Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) best practices will also be highly valued, demonstrating your ability to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, both on-site and remotely.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals for all staff.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and email configurations, ensuring secure and efficient access to resources.
- Monitor IT infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact operations.
- Assist with IT asset management, including inventory tracking, procurement, and decommissioning of equipment.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for IT procedures, solutions, and system configurations.
- Contribute to IT security initiatives, including user training, patch management, and threat prevention.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Support role.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration.
- Experience with basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Familiarity with help desk/ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, Zendesk).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
