Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and access permissions in Active Directory and other systems.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi issues, and VPN access.
- Support common business applications such as Microsoft 365, Slack, and other productivity tools.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures clearly and concisely.
- Perform routine system health checks and preventative maintenance.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on more complex issues and projects.
- Educate users on best practices for IT security and system usage.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience with Active Directory user and group management.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
