Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and access control.
- Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and solutions to frequently asked questions.
- Participate in routine IT maintenance tasks, including system updates and backups.
- Assist with inventory management of IT assets.
