Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues, escalating to specialized teams when necessary.
- Perform routine system maintenance, including backups, updates, and security patches to ensure optimal system performance and data integrity.
- Monitor IT systems and infrastructure for performance bottlenecks, security threats, and potential outages, proactively addressing issues.
- Analyze user requirements and system specifications to design, develop, and implement efficient and scalable IT solutions.
- Document IT processes, procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides for knowledge management and training purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system inefficiencies, enhance user experience, and support new project deployments.
