Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces in designated public areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms thoroughly, ensuring all facilities are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to disposal areas efficiently and hygienically.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to a streak-free standard.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, stairwells, and entrance areas, ensuring they are free from hazards.
- Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly to ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and environmental guidelines.
- Restock supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap, hand towels) as needed, ensuring continuous availability.
- Support with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as instructed by the facilities management.
- Ensure proper use, storage, and inventory of all cleaning agents and equipment.
- Respond to urgent cleaning requests in a timely and efficient manner to maintain service quality.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Janitor or Cleaner for at least one year, preferably in a public or commercial setting.
- Solid knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, including their safe handling and application.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and the operation of common cleaning equipment.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of work.

- Basic communication skills in English to understand instructions and report issues.
