Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive interview preparation, including mock interviews and feedback.

- Research and identify relevant job opportunities and labor market trends in the Hagen region.
- Support clients in overcoming barriers to employment, offering guidance and resources.
- Monitor client progress, maintain accurate records, and report on outcomes.
