Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently via phone.
- Provide accurate information regarding telecoms products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Perform basic technical troubleshooting for service-related problems.
- Process customer requests such as service activation/deactivation, billing adjustments, and package changes.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge for the telecoms brand.
Required Skills
