Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call handling and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling relevant services.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
