Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Collect, organize, and interpret financial data from various sources.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Prepare presentations and summaries for management review.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy.
- Stay abreast of financial market trends and regulatory changes.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data visualization).
