Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in the creation and execution of visual concepts for various projects.
- Design and produce marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and print collateral.
- Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across all platforms.
- Prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring high-quality output.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to new campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct research on design trends, competitor activities, and user preferences to inform design decisions.
- Manage and organize design assets, ensuring an efficient workflow.
