Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Perform routine system maintenance, including updates, backups, and security checks.
- Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Document IT procedures, user guides, and troubleshooting steps.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in various systems.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Participate in IT asset management, including inventory and tracking of hardware and software.
- Support the setup and configuration of new workstations and office equipment.
- Contribute to IT projects as directed by management, gaining exposure to new technologies.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Understanding of basic computer hardware components and functions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
