Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including waybills, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts.
  • Coordinate effectively with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments for timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in the logistics management system and other relevant databases.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment statuses and potential delays.
  • Support the resolution of shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and delivery issues.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support overall logistics operations.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and compliance regulations.
