As a Junior Machine Learning Support professional at Career.zycto, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of our AI-driven products and services. Working closely with our senior ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams, you will assist in troubleshooting issues, monitoring system health, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our machine learning models and infrastructure. Your daily tasks will involve addressing user queries related to ML functionalities, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams, and meticulously documenting solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.

You will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with real-world machine learning deployments, learning best practices in model monitoring, data pipeline management, and system integration. This position is not just about reactive support; it’s an entry point into understanding the full lifecycle of an ML project, from initial data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. We are looking for someone with a foundational understanding of machine learning concepts, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our ML systems, directly impacting user satisfaction and business continuity. If you’re passionate about AI and eager to contribute to a team that values collaborative problem-solving, continuous development, and making a tangible impact, we encourage you to apply.

This role requires a blend of technical acumen, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. You will often be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding ML-related issues, requiring clarity, patience, and precision in your interactions. We expect you to be a proactive learner, constantly updating your knowledge of ML techniques, tools, and industry best practices, and translating complex technical information into understandable insights for non-technical users. This is a chance to build a solid career foundation in the rapidly expanding field of machine learning, working with cutting-edge technologies and making a tangible impact on our product’s reliability and user satisfaction.
