Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.
  • Verify timesheet data and other payroll-related information.
  • Process leave requests and ensure correct leave accruals.
  • Calculate and process superannuation contributions.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end payroll reconciliations.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding pay and entitlements in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industrial awards, agreements, and legislative requirements.
  • Support the finance team with general administrative tasks as required.
  • Learn and utilize payroll software systems effectively.

Required Skills
