Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all clients, candidates, and visitors to the office, ensuring a professional and hospitable first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking accurate messages.
  • Oversee the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, and appointments for staff members.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, scanning, and preparing documents as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with basic office maintenance and liaise with vendors for repairs or services.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
