Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate client information and sales activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, market trends, and new business opportunities.
  • Support lead generation efforts by assisting with outreach, initial contact, and qualification of prospects.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, contributing to the analysis of sales performance and strategic planning.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales department and other internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations, including data entry, filing, and document management.
