Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases and scripts to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
- Document and report bugs and errors clearly and concisely using issue tracking systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand product features and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Participate in the design and development of test plans and strategies.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of test data sets.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback on software quality to project stakeholders.
- Stay updated with new testing tools, techniques, and banking industry standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance process.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing principles.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of banking operations or financial technology (FinTech) concepts.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification (or willingness to obtain).
