Key Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect kennels, catteries, and all animal enclosures daily.
- Scoop and dispose of animal waste in accordance with health and safety protocols.
- Replace soiled bedding with clean, fresh linens and ensure fresh water is always available.
- Sanitize food bowls, water dishes, and feeding areas to prevent contamination.
- Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, and staff break rooms to ensure overall facility tidiness.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding animal bedding and towels.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs within the facility.
- Ensure proper use, storage, and inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, animal welfare guidelines, and company policies.
- Assist other team members with various tasks as needed to maintain a high standard of animal care.
