Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of kennels, animal enclosures, and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Provide fresh food and water to animals according to strict feeding schedules and dietary instructions.
- Monitor animal behavior, health, and appetite, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisory staff immediately.
- Administer prescribed medications accurately under direct supervision.
- Facilitate regular exercise and playtime for animals, ensuring their physical and mental stimulation.
- Assist with basic grooming tasks such as brushing and bathing, as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of feeding, medication, and animal observations.
- Assist with the intake and release of animals, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process.
- Ensure the safety and security of all animals and the facility at all times.
- Handle laundry and maintain cleanliness of bedding and towels.
