Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and storing ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, including washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and properly stored.
- Support inventory management by receiving and stocking deliveries, and organizing storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Assist with waste management, including sorting and disposing of refuse.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen environment through teamwork and communication.
- Perform general cleaning duties in the kitchen and food preparation areas as required.
