Katse Lodge is actively seeking a dedicated Kitchen Cleaner to join our team in Ha Lesobeng, Thaba-Tseka. Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen surfaces, floors, walls, and food preparation areas.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring all plates, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are spotless.
- Clean and degrease kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, fryers, and ventilation hoods.
- Empty and clean refuse bins, ensuring proper waste disposal and recycling protocols are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Assist with basic inventory management of cleaning supplies, reporting low stock levels to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards.
