Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food items such as burgers, chips, and sides according to Steers' standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, and ovens.
- Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory in the kitchen and storage areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including regular cleaning of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Monitor food freshness and quality, ensuring proper rotation of ingredients to minimize waste.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
