Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitising workstations, and ensuring proper storage.
  • Support the cooking process by following recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management and rotation.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP) at all times.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of prepared food items to the service area.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate effectively with all kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
