Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tests and experiments accurately and efficiently under supervision.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory reagents, solutions, and media according to established protocols.
- Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
- Record, organize, and analyze experimental data, contributing to report generation.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, quality control procedures, and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Assist in the maintenance and inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment.
- Sterilize and clean laboratory glassware and equipment.
- Contribute to the upkeep of a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members on research projects and daily tasks.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills.
Required Skills
- Associate's Degree or Diploma in Science (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related field).
- Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with standard lab equipment (e.g., pipettes, centrifuges, pH meters).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording and experimental execution.
