Key Responsibilities
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and samples for experiments following established protocols.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness.
- Accurately record and document experimental data, observations, and results in lab notebooks and digital systems.
- Assist senior researchers with experimental setup, execution, and troubleshooting.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations, quality control standards, and GLP guidelines.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to discussions on research progress.
- Organize and maintain laboratory records, samples, and biological materials.
- Conduct literature reviews to support ongoing research projects as needed.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related field).
- Solid understanding of basic laboratory techniques and safety procedures.
