Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior researchers in setting up and conducting experiments according to established protocols.
- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and media with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate various laboratory instruments and equipment (e.g., pH meters, centrifuges, spectrophotometers).
- Accurately record and document experimental data, observations, and results in lab notebooks and electronic systems.
- Perform routine laboratory tasks, including glassware washing, waste disposal, and inventory management of supplies.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, good laboratory practices (GLP), and quality control procedures.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory environment.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
- Fundamental understanding of laboratory techniques and principles.
- Proficiency in using basic laboratory equipment.
