Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process samples, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate various laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, pH meters, and spectrophotometers.
- Perform routine laboratory tasks such as media preparation, sterilization, and proper waste disposal.
- Accurately record experimental data, observations, and results in laboratory notebooks and digital systems.
- Assist senior technicians and scientists with complex experimental procedures and data analysis.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and quality control standards (e.g., GLP/GMP).
- Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents, notifying management of low stock levels.
- Contribute to the general upkeep, cleanliness, and organization of the laboratory environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance scientific knowledge and technical skills.
Required Skills
- Strong foundational knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and aseptic techniques.
