Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior researchers and lab personnel in conducting experiments and research projects.
- Prepare samples, reagents, and solutions according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot basic laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, pH meters, and spectrophotometers.
- Record and organize experimental data accurately and meticulously in laboratory notebooks and digital systems.
- Perform routine quality control checks on equipment and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory workspace, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper stock levels.
- Dispose of chemical and biological waste properly and safely.
- Calibrate and validate instruments under supervision.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding experimental design and results.
