Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and set up laboratory equipment and instruments for various experiments and analyses.
  • Conduct routine laboratory tests and analyses accurately, strictly adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Meticulously record and document all experimental data, observations, and results, ensuring data integrity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, including regular sterilization and waste disposal.
  • Assist in the precise preparation of reagents, solutions, and culture media required for experiments.
  • Perform basic equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior technicians.
  • Manage and monitor inventory of lab supplies, chemicals, and consumables, assisting with ordering new materials as needed.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with senior technicians and research scientists on a variety of ongoing projects.
  • Participate in preliminary data analysis and contribute to the preparation of internal reports and presentations.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new laboratory techniques and scientific advancements.

Required Skills

  • Strong foundational knowledge of basic laboratory techniques and safety procedures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, especially data recording and measurements.
