Key Responsibilities

- Record, document, and organize experimental data and results meticulously in lab notebooks and electronic systems.
- Assist senior researchers and technicians with experimental setups and complex analytical procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality control standards, and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the R&D laboratory.
Required Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science).
- Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks and documenting results.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
