Key Responsibilities
- Prepare samples and reagents according to established protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses under supervision.
- Accurately record, maintain, and organize experimental data and observations in laboratory notebooks and digital systems.
- Operate and maintain basic laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Adhere strictly to all laboratory safety regulations, quality control standards, and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Assist senior scientists and researchers with experimental setup, execution, and data collection.
- Monitor inventory of lab supplies, chemicals, and reagents, and assist with ordering when necessary.
- Clean and sterilize laboratory glassware, instruments, and work areas to maintain a sterile and organized environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding project progress and experimental results.
- Learn and implement new laboratory techniques and procedures as required.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
