Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior scientists and researchers in conducting experiments, tests, and analyses.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, reagents, and supplies, ensuring proper functionality and stock levels.
- Perform routine laboratory tasks including sample preparation, solution mixing, sterilization, and media preparation.
- Accurately record and document experimental data, observations, and results in laboratory notebooks and digital systems.
- Adhere strictly to all laboratory safety protocols, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and quality control standards.
- Calibrate, operate, and perform basic troubleshooting of laboratory instruments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Assist in the inventory management and proper storage of chemicals, reagents, and samples.
- Contribute to the proper disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in accordance with regulations.
- Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to scientific discussions and project planning.
