Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory experiments and tests accurately and efficiently, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare reagents, solutions, media, and samples for various research applications.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate a variety of laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
- Record, organize, and manage experimental data in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems with precision and integrity.
- Assist senior scientists with complex experimental setups and data collection.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering supplies, receiving shipments, and organizing consumables.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment in strict accordance with health and safety regulations (e.g., GLP/GMP).
- Conduct quality control checks on prepared materials and experimental results.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to discussions, and present findings as required.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to supervisors.
Required Skills
- Fundamental knowledge of general laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in following detailed written and verbal instructions (SOPs).
- Basic computer literacy, including data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective teamwork.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications
